SkinStore products

I have been using Babor products for years.. I love SkinStore online they have some of my favorite products on promotion. Also, when you spend $130 or more you get free products to try with other brands. SkinStore delivery’s have been on time and had no trouble receiving my product.
SkinStore is a great idea to have popular Beauty products available and a lot to choose from.

I ordered my product and never received My total was over 200!

I ordered my products and was charged over 200 then never received... Then they cancelled it without my permission and will not return my funds!
They have no customer service phone numbers all they do text!
Give you know answers and refuse to give you your refund!
Worst company I get do not buy from them they will steal from you!
If I could rate a -0 I would

They never refunded me, deleted my account when I filed a dispute

Skinstore.com sent me a product with an ingredients list completely different from what they advertised. They refused to send me a return label, and when I finally returned the product and paid for the return shipping, they continued to insist they never received the return. I provided them with a receipt for my return. So now they owe me for sending me a false product and the return shipping. Additionally, when I filed a dispute with my credit card company? They resorted to just deleting my account. They also do not give out a phone number or contact, so they only way to reach them is via their online messaging system (which I can no longer do). I also no longer have access to our messaging exchanges (and I screenshotted them thankfully). This company is unethical and dishonest. Please stay away from this website.

Happy, happy shopper

I only have good experiences when I shop the SkinStore. It is so easy to navigate, find the products I want and prices are very fair. The checkout is easy and delivery is fast.

Product not delivered

Don't order from this company! Can't change shipping address on their site can't talk to anyone, except chat on their site. Ordered a product a month ago. No product? No return credit. They refuse to check and see where this product is. Poor customer service. If they were smart they would take care of their customers!

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Tried to change delivery address and no option. Tried to call no phone number . Sent to address and never received it and I don't know if the company received it back? They won't respond. I am out all this money. They should have received product back with not a correct address. It's been 3 weeks!! Don't order from this scam company!

Such a residue remained from this store! (((Awful customer support and deception of buyers! If I buy a product that is declared at the time of sale, then I hope to receive this particular product in proper condition. I ordered an Advent calendar because it included PCAskin serum, which I really wanted to try. If it weren’t there, I wouldn’t have ordered. I get Advent and this serum comes broken, in the form of fragments. The glass bottle was simply put in one of the windows, without wrapping anything. Wrote them, I attached a photo of a broken bottle and instead of offering me to send a whole serum, as a decent store would have done, they began to bargain with me - we will reimburse you 10%, then 15% ...The cost of the serum is more than 21% of the total cost of the advent. So the question was not resolved (. I have never had such disappointment from any store. I bought an Advent from you with the contents declared in it. And the fact that you sent me a marriage is your fault, not mine. (I want to after shopping to be happy, not nervous, and it's good that there are my favorite stores where they know how to trade and respect their customers.

They don't have one. Ive been trying to get a hold of them for days. I think this is a scam honestly. Never received my order, can't get a hold of any form of customer service at all. This is the number I found but doesn't work. 844 433 5143
